Community-building

Talent sourcing & development

Unitaware recruits fresh members constantly and opens new hubs throughout the world. We have developed standardized processes for recruiting, onboarding and engagement.

Building offline & online hubs

Over the last 3 years, Unitaware has recruited 100+ members by opening 3 hubs around the world. In these hubs, we conduct regular offline and online gatherings, where activities are directed by trained professionals and organized by our members. Looking ahead, Unitaware is going to open new hubs in East and Southeast Asia, India, and Germany within the next 2 years with a shared governance system across the hubs.

We focus on evidence-based talent development to enhance cognitive & mental abilities and connect personal goals to values, and we support it with extensive research in individual and collective decision-making.

Unitaware has been conducting training for its members and external audience for 3 years. These programs are focused on the development of cognitive skills such as decision-making and self-regulation.

Political, economic, sociological, and psychological studies, including organizational psychology, social neuroscience, leadership studies, and social systems studies.

We integrate practices and insights from efficient organizations aligned with our values. This approach not only draws from theoretical frameworks but also applies real-world-tested strategies, enhancing our robustness.

We think in terms of hypotheses and iterations. We address problem systematically problems, identify nonlinear effective solutions, and model system developments more realistically.

Identifying and Confirming Problems: Recognizing the existence of a problem and understanding its implications.
Understanding the Issues: Comprehending what makes each problem challenging and the consequences of not resolving it.
Analyzing Root Causes: Describing the reasons behind a problem and its underlying mechanisms.
Evaluating Current and Past Approaches: Studying existing solutions, assessing their effectiveness, and, if necessary, proposing alternative hypotheses based on our principle
